Our Client: A leading property investment and development business is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality industrial assets across key markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, quick-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding property and tenant outcomes. You'll work closely with senior asset management professionals to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and optimal investment performance.

The Role

- Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial properties.
n
- Coordinate tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent reviews, and make good processes.
n
- Manage rent rolls, arrears, outgoings budgets, and reconciliations.
n
- Prepare monthly reporting including financial performance, arrears, vacancy, and maintenance updates.
n
- Contribute to asset strategy and planning discussions.
n




- Build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal teams.
n
- Liaise with operations managers to ensure timely maintenance and presentation standards are upheld.
n

The Candidate

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial property management.
n
- Proven lease management and budgeting experience.
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and conflict resolution skills.
n
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
