With a growing pipeline and continued expansion, we are now seeking Finishes Foremen to join our site teams.

Position Overview

n

With several major high‐end residential apartment projects underway across Sydney's North Shore/North Sydney region, there is an immediate requirement for experienced Finishes Foremen to oversee all finishing trades from services/rough‐in to final completion and handover. Working closely with the Site Manager and General Foreman, you will help drive program, ensure quality outcomes and maintain smooth coordination across all finishing stages.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and drive all internal finishes through to handover
n
- Coordinate and supervise finishing subcontractors daily
n
- Maintain site diaries, progress reporting and documentation
n
- Enforce and uphold OH&S; standards on site
n
- Manage QA,



defect rectification and finishing sequences
n
- Work closely with senior site and project management teams
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)
n
- Experience with reputable builders
n
- Strong understanding of high‐end finishes and build sequencing
n
- Proven confidence managing subcontractors and daily site operations
n
- Comfortable with reporting systems and construction documentation
n
- Solid knowledge of services, fit‐out and full project lifecycle
n
