About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Lead Vet and leadership team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, strong financial performance, and a positive, supportive team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people management with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and support nursing, reception and support teams
n
- Oversee rostering, performance management and team development
n
- Manage clinic operations, policies and procedures
n
- Drive financial performance including budgets, KPIs and reporting
n
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff engagement initiatives
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
n
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
n
- Work collaboratively with veterinarians to support exceptional patient and client care
n

About You

- Previous experience in Practice Management (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
n
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
n
- Confident managing budgets, KPIs and operational targets
n
- Solutions-focused, proactive and adaptable
