About the Role

n

As a Voice Picker, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently using voice-directed technology. You'll work within a busy warehouse environment, helping to keep products moving safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Pick customer orders accurately using a voice-picking.
n
- Pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
n
- Operate electric pallet jacks (where required and trained).
n




- Ensure products are handled safely to minimise damage.
n
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
n
- Conduct quality checks on picked orders.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous warehouse or voice-picking experience is highly regarded but not essential.
n
- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and work on your feet for extended periods.
n
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
n
- Must be able to pass literacy and numeracy
n
