The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Contract Administrator with 3+ years experience across residential construction. Based in Perth working across exciting projects.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Responsible for managing contracts, negotiating terms, overseeing procurement processes,



and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
n
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
n
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
n
- Analyzing contract performance and resolving and issues that may arise
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- 3+ years experience in Contract Admin across residential construction
n
- Skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
n
- Solid Analytical Skills
n
- Experience in Procurement
n
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
n
