A reputable global brand in the FMCG sector is seeking multiple Senior D365 FO Functional Consultant / Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain (SCM) OR Finance to join their growing team.

This is a permanent role offering a hybrid work set up with 2 to 3 days in the office.

This is a high-impact position partnering with Finance, Production, Logistics, and Operations teams to drive system improvements, reduce reliance on legacy platforms, and deliver scalable, best-practice solutions across the business.

The Opportunity

n

You will lead workshops, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and configure Dynamics 365 F&O; modules to support end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure seamless data flow, reporting accuracy, and system optimisation across production, warehousing, distribution, and inventory.

This role combines hands‐on functional expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and define business requirements
n
- Develop BRS, FDDs, technical documentation, and process flows
n




- Lead migration from legacy Production and Logistics systems to Dynamics 365 F&O;
n
- Configure core Supply Chain modules to support business workflows
n
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and reporting enhancements
n
- Support supply chain and manufacturing users, managing incidents and change requests
n
- Ensure ITIL‐aligned change management and production deployments
n
- Coordinate project plans, budgets, and status reporting
n
- Lead unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
n
- Partner with vendors on upgrades and ongoing support
n
- Contribute to best‐practice solution architecture and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as a Senior Functional Analyst in Dynamics 365 F&O; Supply Chain OR Finance
n
- Solid exposure to FMCG processes including Finance, order management, demand & supply planning, MRP, manufacturing, WMS, inventory, and procurement
n
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules OR Finance
n
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives and working with senior leaders
