Reporting directly toour Chief Executive Officer, the People & Culture (P&C;) Managerworks closely with the leadership team to deliver and implementpeople strategies.
n
This isa key role for our organisation, and the P&C; Manager isresponsible for the strategic and operational delivery of allP&C; functions.
n
As thehead of People and Culture, the P&C; Manager will providehigh-level advice and guidance on people matters, and lead adedicated team across recruitment, payroll, learning anddevelopment, quality, safety and site operations.
n
Importantly, they willalso ensure that the P&C; function operates with integrity,efficiency and in alignment with AnglicareCQ's values and strategicdirection.
n
Your keyresponsibilities:
n
n
- Provide leadershipto our People and Culture team across Human Resources, Payroll,Learning and Development, Recruitment and Onboarding, Quality,Safety and Site operations.
n
- Drive workforceplanning and people strategies
n
- Partner with theCEO and senior leaders to provide expert advice on workforceperformance, employee relations, culture, compliance andorganizational development
n
- Drive improvementsacross HR systems, processes and service delivery
n
- Oversee payroll,recruitment, Learning & Development and siteoperations
n
- Provide leadership,coaching and guidance within the P&C; function.

To besuccessful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
- Minimum of 5 yearsrelevant experience at a managerial level.
n
- Arelevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or relateddiscipline).
n
- Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)
n
- Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
n
