We are looking for an experienced Regional Branch Manager to join our team in Tomago, Newcastle NSW.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Manages the day-to-day operations for our 3 branches Tomago, Muswellbrook and Tamworth
n
- Full accountability for creating and maintaining Right Work Setting
n
- Leading sustained growth through the provision of world-class sales and support for an enviable on-highway, off-highway, power generation, mining and marine customer base whilst ensuring best in class operational efficiency
n
- Building and promoting a team environment that works collaboratively.
n
- Responsible for all functions and financial metrics for the group of branches.
n
- Identify improvements and encourage an innovative culture.
n
- Ensures business growth by managing annual marketing and sales plan; develops and maintains business relationships with customers and develops recent business partners and alliances for the business segment and geographical locations
n
- Manages compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits.
n




- Drive growth in your area by having strong relationships with existing and potential customers
n
- Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly
n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience / knowledge within diesel and alternative fuel engines and generators industry is ideal
n
- A proven robust team leader with a business development mindset that can lead a diverse team to safely meet business objectives
n
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service to customers across a diverse region and customer base
n
- Dedicated to building the 'Right Work Environment', including a focus on Health, Safety and Environment
