Welcome to Eden Academy Loganlea. We are a child secure organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing workplace with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive. In your role as a Educator,

Responsibilities

- You will Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
n
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
n
- Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
n
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
n
- Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
n
- Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little leaners for life

What You'll Bring

n

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
n
- A current Working with Children Check
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
n
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
n
- Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
n
- Two qualified references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
