We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our logistics and transportation operations in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor and driving safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily logistics and transportation operations.

· Lead, coach, and support drivers and warehouse staff.

· Actively participate in hands‑on operational tasks as required.

· Manage fleet operations, scheduling, and route optimisation.

· Ensure compliance with WHS,



Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and company policies.

· Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

· Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

· Manage inventory flow, loading/unloading, and yard operations.

Essential Requirements

· Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.

· Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – mandatory.

· Hands‑on approach and willingness to work on the floor.

· Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
