We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Accountant to join our growing Melbourne team.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and capable Graduate Accountant to support the delivery of accounting, taxation, and SMSF compliance services across a diverse client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate looking to build a long‑term career within a supportive, fast‑paced, and progressive professional environment.

Working closely with senior accountants and managers, you will gain practical experience across a broad range of accounting and taxation services while developing strong technical and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of individual, company, trust, partnership, and SMSF tax returns
- Assisting with preparation of financial statements and working papers
- BAS and IAS preparation
- Liaising with the ATO and clients regarding outstanding information
- Assisting senior team members with client queries and compliance matters
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation




- Supporting the wider accounting and client services teams as required

About You

- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Excel, Xero, Class, MYOB, Handisoft, or other accounting software is advantageous but not essential
- Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
- Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic with a cooperative approach
- Commercially and business‑minded
- Enjoy working in a progressive and evolving professional environment
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
