Opportunity for Business Services Manager to work with large complex tax clients in a small firm environment with big firm progression.

n

Base pay range: A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr. This range is provided by MW Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

n

n
- With support from Partners, be responsible for a portfolio of fees.
n
- Provide clients with expert strategic advice, creative solutions and excellent service.
n
- Review compliance documents, including Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements for all types of entities.
n
- Engage in tax planning, transactions, succession and some International Tax.
n
- Oversee and review work completed by junior staff, developing their skills and providing support.
n

About You

n

The firm is seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in a Public Practice Accounting firm, including 1-3 years in a managerial position.
n
- Strong leadership skills, confident and able to delegate work effectively and provide helpful feedback.
n
- Proactive nature, deadline-focused and target driven.
n
- Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal.
n
- Keenness to progress with the firm, equity is available.
n
