You bring structure, insight and strategic thinking to the technology demand lifecycle. This is your opportunity to manage and shape the technology demand pipeline, facilitate prioritisation discussions, support transparent decision-making and help ensure technology investments are aligned to business objectives, delivering outcomes that support the future of transport in NSW.
In this role, you'll:
- You will be involved in managing and coordinating the technology demand pipeline, ensuring requests are captured, assessed and prioritised in line with strategic objectives. You will support stakeholder engagement, facilitate prioritisation workshops and ensure alignment across business and technology teams. You will be responsible for governance processes including reporting, maintaining pipeline data accuracy, preparing insights and supporting decision-making forums to enable transparent and effective planning.

- You have strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams and drive alignment.
- You are highly organised, analytical and confident working with data, with experience using portfolio tools, reporting and dashboards to support decision-making.
- You have knowledge of demand management, prioritisation or portfolio planning frameworks, with a solid understanding of technology strategy and relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
