They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential customers, serving as the first point of contact in the sales process. This role requires robust communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to set our Account Executives up for success.

Responsibilities

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
n
- Contact potential customers via calls and emails
n
- Understand customer needs and route them appropriately
n
- Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives
n
- Stay informed on new products, services, and pricing plans
n
- Use Salesforce and engagement tools to manage outreach
n

Requirements

- Experience with sales techniques (including cold calling)
n
- Proven track record of meeting quotas
n
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

- Strong understanding of KPIs

- High School Diploma or equivalent
