What You'll Learn

- Technical Support: learn how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing essential IT support to the team.

- Network & Systems Management: gain experience in monitoring and maintaining network systems and resolving connectivity issues.
n
- Software Tools: assist in managing and updating key software systems used for care coordination and office operations.
n
- Web Development: get hands‐on experience building and maintaining websites, including updating content and improving functionality.
n
- Project Collaboration: work closely with the IT team on various technology‐related projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for staff.
n
- Assist in managing hardware,



software, and network systems.

- Support the IT team in implementing technology upgrades and maintenance.
n
- Assist with ensuring security and protecting sensitive information.
n
- Provide administrative support for IT‐related tasks and documentation.
