We're seeking an Experienced Full-Time Head Nurse to lead our nursing team and support our busy veterinarians. You'll play a key role in shaping clinic culture, fostering team growth, and ensuring our clinical standards remain exceptional.

In this full‐time role, you will:

n

- Lead,



coach and mentor our Vet Nurse team
n
- Build and maintain a positive, cohesive and motivated team culture
n
- Manage daily workflow and support a high‐functioning clinical team
n
- Undertake general nursing tasks, including pre and post‐operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
n
- Take initiative to enhance clinic efficiency and operations
n
- Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to maintain gold‐standard patient care
n
- Handle client enquiries professionally in person, over email and over the phone
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Cert IV qualified in Veterinary Nursing with 3+ years clinical experience
n
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring and developing nursing teams
n
- A strong, supportive leader who motivates others
n
- Calm, friendly and confident in a busy clinical workplace
n
- Excellent in communication and customer service
n
- Flexible, adaptable and collaborative
n
- Organised, proactive and committed to high standards
n
- Familiar with RxWorks (desirable but not essential)
n
