We're now seeking a Marketing & Communications Advisor to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you'll lead Globe's global marketing, internal and external communications, and branding activities – helping us tell our story, engage our people, and strengthen our position as the recruiter of choice in the mining industry. This position is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave period, with the chance to move into a permanent role.

What you'll do

- Manage Globe's digital presence, including social media, website, and internal platforms.
n
- Create, publish, and distribute engaging content across digital and printed media.
n
- Partner with external agencies to deliver campaigns, video, design, and web development projects.
n
- Drive internal communications and global messaging in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
n
- Oversee Globe's branding, templates, and corporate identity to ensure consistency.
n
- Deliver reporting and analytics on marketing performance, campaigns, and leads.
n

What you bring

n

n
- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
n
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation,



and social media.
n
- Excellent attention to detail, writing, and communication skills.
n
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and working with key stakeholders across regions.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva).
n
- A collaborative, proactive approach with creativity to deliver creative solutions.
n
