LiveBig isa specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan.

We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth.

Role Overview
n
This is an exciting chance for a dedicated Team Leader to join our LiveBig team!
n
n
- Full-time & Permanent (will consider 4 days for the right candidate)
n
- Can be based anywhere in Melbourne (hybrid role)
n
- Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate consultants, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development
n
- You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support
n
- You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload
n

About you!
n
n
- You will have general AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
n
- A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential
n
- Ideally experience working in a community services setting
n
- A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
n
- A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great
n
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
n
- IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology
n
