Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps

We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join a high-performing tech team in a quick-paced, creative environment. You'll be the go-to person for complex technical challenges, supporting both onsite and remote staff, and helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

This role is 100% onsite in Docklands, offering the chance to work closely with talented developers and technical specialists in a collaborative, innovative workspace.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Provide Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, and user issues across Windows and MacOS
n
- Manage incident, request, and problem tickets through their full lifecycle
n
- Oversee workstation imaging, IT procurement, and vendor coordination
n
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding processes
n
- Collaborate with global IT teams and bridge communication across departments
n
- Assist with server/network upgrades, office moves, and technology rollouts
n

n





What We're Looking For:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in desktop support (ideally in software development or creative industries)
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, MacOS, GSuite, Office 365, Zoom, Slack
n
- Familiarity with tools such as JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD
n
- Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
n
- Excellent communication skills, self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently
n
- Bonus points for experience with VMware, Linux, Perforce, Visual Studio, Adobe Suite, or game development hardware/software
n
