About the Role
As an Assistant Director at The Grove Academy, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our centre. You’ll support the Centre Director in maintaining high standards, fostering a positive team culture, and creating an engaging environment for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Centre Director in daily operations and compliance
- Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality practices
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community
- Overseeing and maintaining regulatory and safety standards
- Contributing to a fun, collaborative, and professional workplace culture

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who is supportive, organised, and proactive. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in leadership and regulatory compliance within the sector
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A team-focused, positive attitude
- A passion for creating an inspiring and inclusive environment
