We are seeking experienced and competent Registered Nurses – Special Care Nursery (SCN)/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

- Neonatal assessment and monitoring (vital signs, pain, neurological and respiratory status)
n
- Family-centered care and communication
n
- Infection control and aseptic technique
n
- Accurate documentation and clinical handover (ISBAR or equivalent)
n

Special Care Nursery (SCN) Skills
n
n
- Feeding support: breastfeeding, bottle, and nasogastric tube feeding
n
- Thermoregulation
n
- Basic respiratory support: low-flow oxygen, apnea monitoring
n
- Developmental care: positioning, kangaroo care, sensory workplace management
n
n
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Skills
n
n
- Advanced respiratory support: CPAP, high-flow, mechanical ventilation
n
- IV therapy: peripheral and central line care, TPN, IV medications
n
- Critical monitoring: blood gases, seizure recognition, cardiorespiratory monitoring
n
- Emergency response: neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, code blue procedures
n
n
Required Certifications

- Neonatal Resuscitation
n
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
n
n
Additional Expectations

- Minimum 12 months recent experience in SCN or NICU
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
