SAP Talent Specialist @ Full Circle Partners

Full Circle Partners are looking for a capable SAP ISU Functional Consultant (Billing & Device Management) to join one of our Melbourne-based clients. This will be a fixed-term 6 month contract with the view for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Contribute to the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP ISU, focusing on Billing and Device Management (Device Master, Metering, etc.).
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
n
- Provide expertise in SAP FICA (Adaptable Insurance and Collections) to ensure seamless integration with billing processes.
n
- Perform gap analysis, system testing, and solution documentation.
n
- Ensure the successful delivery of SAP ISU modules,



ensuring alignment with business objectives.
n
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting, offering training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
n
- Engage with business users and technical teams, serving as a key point of contact for all ISU-related queries.
