Your New Role
As the Safety Coordinator, you’ll be working across multiple active sites, supporting project teams in maintaining and improving WHS standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, conducting site inspections, and assisting the team in fostering a strong safety culture across the business. This role will involve travelling to multiple sites.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain WHS compliance across multiple project sites
- Conduct site safety audits and toolbox talks
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and documentation




- Provide ongoing safety guidance to site and project teams
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on safe work practices

What You Will Need to Succeed

- Prior experience in a safety-focused role in commercial construction
- Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV or above preferred)
- Solid understanding of current WHS legislation and requirements
- Ability to work across multiple sites and communicate effectively
- Proactive approach to maintaining a secure work environment
