We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of complex projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee the development, negotiation, and management of contracts for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
n
- Review and interpret contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
n
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to facilitate contract execution.
n
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that contractual obligations are met in the delivery of bridge, road, concrete, and water projects.
n
- Provide guidance on contract-related matters during project planning, execution, and close-out phases.
n
- Monitor project progress to identify potential contractual issues and implement corrective actions.
n
- Develop and implement strategies for the resolution of claims and disputes, ensuring the protection of the company's interests.
n
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze and respond to claims from both clients and subcontractors.
n




- Lead negotiations for claim settlements and contract variations.
n
- Conduct risk assessments related to contractual obligations and propose risk mitigation measures.
n
- Develop and maintain risk registers, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
n
- Provide guidance on risk allocation strategies during contract negotiations.
n
- Lead and mentor a team of contracts professionals, fostering a team-oriented and high-performance work environment.
n
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
n

Desired Experience & Qualification

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
n
- 15+ years of experience in contract management, with a focus on bridge, road, concrete, and water projects.
n
- Proven experience working for main contractors in a senior contracts management capacity.
n
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC, and relevant industry standards.
n
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
n
