About the Role
n
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across the business to deliver data-driven insights, financial modelling, and strategic analysis that supports decision-making and drives business performance. You'll play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the group.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Partner with Executive Leadership and SG&A; stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and cost management.
n
- Deliver periodic rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting processes
n
- Lead month-end analysis, including variance analysis, commentary, and performance insights
n
- Prepare and present monthly management reports and executive packs
n
- Drive cost optimisation and profitability improvement initiatives
n
- Collaborate with global finance teams (including UK stakeholders)
n
- Provide ad-hoc financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case support
n

About You
n
You are a commercially astute and analytically strong skilled with a passion for driving business outcomes through insight.
n
You will bring:
n
n
- 5+ years' experience as a Commercial Analyst, FP&A; Analyst, or Finance Business Partner
n
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
n
- Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling capability
n
- Demonstrated success in cost management and performance improvement
n
- Advanced Excel skills (modelling, forecasting, analysis)
n
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, TM1 or similar analytics tools
n
- A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
