Aman Aged Care is a warm and welcoming 46-bed Residential Aged Care and Support at Home, dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered support for our residents. Our care home is holistic, supporting the physical, emotional, social, and overall well-being of every individual.

The Opportunity:

n

We are seeking a Care Manager to join our team and oversee operational performance and the delivery of person-centered care. In this role, you will ensure that residents' dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained in alignment with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act 2024.

You will help mentor a team to ensure the safe, high-quality delivery of care, oversee clinical support and cultural inclusion, and ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Contribute to the operational performance of residential aged care services, ensuring high-quality care for older persons.
n
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individual care plans for residents to ensure they meet residents' needs and preferences.
n
- Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and leadership to ensure effective service delivery.
n
- Create and drive a positive, respectful, and inclusive setting for both residents and staff.
n




- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- Ensure the safety and well-being of older persons by managing incidents and escalating high-level issues when necessary.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold Aman Aged Care's mission of delivering holistic care in line with Islamic principles.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You:

n

n
- Hold a tertiary qualification in health, business, or a relevant field.
n
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in aged care leadership.
n
- Have a deep understanding of the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- Have proven experience in ensuring compliance with SIRS, WHS requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
n
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing person-centered care and upholding dignity, rights, and cultural safety of older persons.
n
- Have excellent communication skills and experience engaging with families, residents, and the wider community.
n
- Can mentor and support a team while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
