As Transport Scheduler based at our Southbank, Melbourne Head Office, you'll be the heartbeat of our national transport network. From last-mile deliveries to interstate linehaul by road, rail and sea, you'll design safe, effective and cost-effective transport plans that keep our customers happy and our operations moving. Every day, you'll balance service, safety and cost while collaborating with teams across the country.

Please note: the nature of this role requires a Sunday - Thursday roster.

Key Responsibilities
n
- Plan and optimise transport schedules across multiple modes to deliver on time, every time
n
- Own the order-to-delivery process – from order processing and shipment creation to truck allocation and customer time slotting
n
- Solve problems fast by managing escalations and working with stakeholders to keep freight flowing
n
- Drive performance through accurate reporting, proactive communication and continuous improvement initiatives
n
About You
n
- You're organised and analytical,
with a knack for turning complex transport challenges into clear, achievable plans
n
- You bring experience in logistics or transport planning, ideally with SAP or similar systems
n
- You thrive in a rapid-paced environment, balancing priorities while keeping customers front of mind
n
- You're a natural collaborator with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering results
