Our team is made up of Relationship Executives and Analysts who manage a diversified client base and provide tailored Business and Commercial Banking solutions.

The segment we focus on is businesses with annual turnover between $5 million and $30 million, delivering a range of banking solutions including cash flow management, lending, wealth, risk management and investment advice.

Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service and solutions that help our clients achieve long-term success while building sustainable business growth year after year.

Do work that matters

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful solutions to a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Taking the time to understand your clients' objectives will allow you to identify opportunities and connect them with the right products, specialists and solutions.

Using your banking expertise, commercial acumen and relationship-building skills, you'll help existing clients grow while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Business Banker or Analyst looking to step into a Relationship Executive role within a successful and growing Commercial Banking team,



while developing expertise in complex and high-value lending.

You will manage an established portfolio of clients and be responsible for delivering exceptional service, strengthening existing relationships and driving new business acquisition across the Sydney market.

More specifically, you will

- Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through exceptional service and trusted advice.
- Leverage your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new-to-bank opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and work with product specialists to deliver holistic banking solutions.
- Drive deal execution through origination, structuring and negotiation of complex commercial lending solutions.
- Continue building your profile and presence within the Sydney business community as a representative of CommBank.

We want to hear from you if you have

- Experience successfully managing and growing a Business Banking or Commercial Banking portfolio.
- Strong experience in business and commercial lending.
- A deep understanding of banking products and services.
- Sound financial analysis and credit assessment skills, with a strong understanding of financial statements and underlying cash flow drivers.
- A genuine passion for client service, relationship management and business development.
