About the Role
n
We are seeking experiencedCompanion Care Workers to support clients across the Padstow area.
n
This role focuses primarily on companionship, social support and light domestic assistance.
n
- Typical visits range from 2-6 hours
n
- Mix ofweekday shifts, with some weekend availability preferred
n
- Flexible casual opportunities
n
- Must be living locally to the Padstow area
n
In This Role, You Will:
n
- Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
n
- Assist with light domestic duties
n
- Support clients with shopping and appointments
n
- Encourage participation in social and community activities
n
- Monitor wellbeing and report updates to the care team
n
- Help clients maintain independence and confidence at home
n
Must Haves
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
n
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
n
- Authorised to work in Australia
n
- Living locally to the Padstow area.
n
Nice to Haves
n
- Experience in Community Aged Care and/or Disability Support
n
- Availability for morning and mid-morning weekday shifts
n
- Willingness to participate in ongoing career development
n
