Head of Overseas Operations Asia-Pacific

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Automation Technical Test Lead with strong hands‐on expertise in Appium‐based mobile automation and proven leadership capabilities.

n

The candidate will be responsible for defining the overall test strategy, building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, leading automation teams, and managing stakeholders across onshore and offshore engagements.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

n

n
- 10+ years of hands‐on experience in Mobile Automation Testing
n
- Strong expertise in Appium (Android & iOS)
n
- Experience in building custom automation frameworks from scratch
n
- Robust team management and stakeholder management skills
n




- Deep understanding of mobile testing challenges (devices, OS versions, performance, stability)
n

Good to Have / Nice to Have Skills

- Strong programming skills in Java
n
- Experience with TDD / BDD frameworks
n
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
