Join a well-established organisation within the building and construction sector in a customer-focused role where you'll manage enquiries, process orders and coordinate deliveries. You'll work closely with internal Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure customers receive a seamless service from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

- Accurately process and manage customer orders.
n
- Proactively manage back orders and delivery requirements.
n
- Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
n
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations or solutions.
n
- Manage order confirmations and keep customers updated throughout the process.
n
- Assist with account queries and credit requests.
n
- Build solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

About You

- Previous Customer Service, Customer Support or Sales Support experience.
n
- Experience within the building, construction or manufacturing industry highly desirable.
n
- Strong order processing and customer service skills.
n
- SAP or ERP experience essential.
n
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
n
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for customer service.
