The Role

n

The Manager will take the lead on FP&A; activities across a high profile business unit – driving budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic decisions across multiple entities and projects.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned to strategic goals.
n
- Own monthly financial and cashflow reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
n
- Deliver high-quality analysis, insights, and scenario modelling to support executive decision-making.
n
- Produce and present monthly performance reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards.
n
- Partner with senior leaders as a trusted finance advisor, influencing decisions with data-driven insights.
n




- Support strategic initiatives and commercial projects with financial modelling and investment analysis.
n
- Drive process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements, including Power BI visualisation.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

- Extensive management reporting and financial planning experience.
n
- Experience in providing financial analysis to support decision making.
n
- Advanced Excel, systems and process improvement skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Exposure to CAPEX intensive industries will be highly regarded.
