Our client is a high profile NSW statutory body - they are an electrical infrastructure planner and regulator that is responsible for leading the delivery of NSW's first five Renewable Energy Zones and the first two priority transmission infrastructure projects - as a Public-Private Partnership, in collaboration with large infrastructure providers.

Role Description
n
The HR Project Manager will deliver assigned Human Resources projects end-to-end - managing scope, milestones, timelines, governance, risks and interdependencies to achieve agreed outcomes.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver HR projects within a complex workplace; balancing competing priorities and interdependencies to meet agreed timeframes
n
- Provide expert project management advice to senior leaders and sponsors; including clear progress reporting and evidence based recommendations to support decision making
n
- Establish and maintain project governance artefacts and controls; including project plans, schedules, risk registers, action logs and reporting - in line with NSW Public Sector standards
n
- Engage and coordinate stakeholders across business units and external providers to progress deliverables, manage dependencies and resolve delivery challenges
n
- Apply structured change management and communication approaches to support workforce related initiatives and improve readiness, adoption and sustainability of outcomes (embed changes into BAU)
n
- Influence and align senior stakeholders

Skills and Experience
n
n
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex HR or workforce related projects - including planning, governance, execution and reporting within a large or complex organisation
n
- Proven capability providing project management advice and reporting to senior leaders and sponsors
n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, building effective working relationships to progress deliverables and manage dependencies.
n
- Project Management qualifications an advantage
n
- Experience in government and/or electrical/transmission infrastructure providers an advantage
n
- HR business projects experience
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
