Job details

Our federal government agency is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced Project Coordinators to work within the Chief Information Officer Division, delivering and supporting a range of ICT projects and programs.

n

Key duties and responsibilities

n

n
- Management, tracking, and review of project dependencies, risks, treatments, and mitigations
n
- Support project delivery including scheduling, reporting, and task coordination
n




- Ensure coordination and reporting for project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes
n
- Development of project artifacts such as Project Plans, Executive Papers, risk registers, change approvals, and financial reports
n
- Program governance and reporting (includes status updates, decision registers, risks, and issues)
n
- Liaising with business and technical teams to facilitate issue resolution
n
- Assist with managing and coordinating project resources
n
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the relevant Director, Team Leader, or Delegate
n

Preferred skillsets

n

n
- Experience working within a SAFe Agile environment
n
- Certifications in Protected Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 Agile
n

n
