The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth) (CDPP) is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Projects and Change who is outcomes-focused and skilled at building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role is responsible for leading the planning, delivery and adoption of strategic projects and initiatives for the CDPP.

The key duties of the position include:
In addition to meeting the Integrated Leadership System profile of the Executive Level 1, primary outcomes and accountabilities will involve:
- Delivering projects and initiatives, supporting successful implementation and ensuring outcomes and benefits are achieved;
- Developing and maintain project management documentation including plans, schedules, risk registers and governance arrangements, aligned with CDPP frameworks and standards;
- Coordinating project and change activities to support successful delivery and change adoption;
- Contributing directly to project activities and tasks where appropriate and required;
- Leading change management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, business readiness, training and adoption strategies to support successful implementation of organisational change;
- Facilitating meetings and consultations with project teams and stakeholders to capture input, build shared understanding, and achieve consensus on project direction;
- Monitoring and report on project performance and change adoption, identifying lessons learned and recommending opportunities for improvement;
- Providing timely, strategic advice to senior leaders on project direction, risks, issues, governance, and resource management;
- Contributing to a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing; and
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of project and change management frameworks and practices within the PMO and across the CDPP.

- The ability to obtain/maintain satisfactory National Police Check and AGSVA Baseline security clearance

Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in project management, change management or related fields (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Prosci, P3O, PMBOK, IIBA, BABOK, ADKAR, Lean, etc).
