Overview

Our Client is a leading provider of power solutions, specializing in the supply, installation, and maintenance of power generation systems. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations in the generator services sector.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered generators.
n
- Perform electrical wiring, testing, and fault-finding on generator systems.
n
- Carry out regular servicing and preventative maintenance.
n
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and conduct site visits as required.
n
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
n
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and electrical regulations.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably with generators or similar equipment.
n
- Certification in Electrical Installation or a related field.
n
- Wiring Regulations certification (preferred).
n




- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose faults.
n
- Full Australian driving license
n
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience with control panels and automatic transfer switches (ATS).
n
- Generator manufacturer training or certifications.
n
- Basic mechanical knowledge of engines and power systems.
n
