About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions within a large enterprise environment. You will build custom applications, support integrations, manage platform stability, and ensure quality through thorough testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, scripts, and business rules.
n
- Implement integrations via REST, SOAP, and other methods.
n
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and overall stability.
n
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements.
n
- Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing.
n
- Prepare detailed technical documentation.
n
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and internal standards.
n

n





Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong hands‐on ServiceNow development experience.
n
- Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
n
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML.
n
- Solid communication and problem‐solving skills.
n

n

Preferred

n

n
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
n
- SQL or database knowledge.
n

n
