Overview

This role is hybrid (about 2x a week in office - uptown Charlotte), with great hours, flexibility, and benefits. This role is base + discretionary bonus - north of $100k package.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare financial reports and profit allocation statements, including NAV calculations, in line with client deadlines.
n
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding monthly reporting and inquiries.
n
- Support team members with monthly tasks and coordinate with external stakeholders.
n
- Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and best practices.
n
- Assist with onboarding new clients and launching new funds.
n
- Review and improve accounting workflows to enhance NAV production efficiency.
n
- Ensure internal reporting requirements are met.
n




- Contribute to strategic departmental and company-wide initiatives.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
n
- CPA & Masters is preferred, not required
n
- 5+ years of Fund Accounting Experience
n
- Strong background in financial services, especially with hedge funds, private equity or investment firms
n
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively
n
