Our client is delivering a large-scale state-wide home energy program and is seeking experienced Supervisors to oversee the quality, safety and delivery of residential energy technology installations across NSW.

n

This is a unique prospect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with people, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for visiting residential properties, supporting subcontractors, liaising with homeowners and ensuring works are completed in line with strict quality and compliance requirements.

n

This is not a traditional construction site management role - we are looking for reliable and capable supervisors who understand construction environments, can follow processes, communicate effectively and take ownership of delivering successful outcomes.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Program Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Visiting residential properties across NSW to oversee installation works completed by subcontractors
n
- Ensuring works are completed safely, correctly and meet required quality standards
n
- Conducting site inspections, quality checks and reporting outcomes
n
- Managing relationships with subcontractors and installation teams
n
- Liaising professionally with homeowners and community members
n
- Identifying and escalating issues, risks or delays
n
- Completing site documentation, reports and compliance checks
n




- Supporting the successful delivery of a major community-focused energy program
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Previous experience supervising, coordinating or overseeing construction, trade or installation works
n
- Strong understanding of residential construction environments
n
- Experience managing subcontractors or external crews
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
n
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
n
- A commitment to safety, quality and following processes
n

Desirable Experience:

n

n
- Electrical trade background (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Experience within residential construction, energy, utilities, maintenance or infrastructure projects
n
- Experience completing inspections, audits or quality assurance activities
n
- Previous exposure to working in customer-facing environments
n

n

Location Requirements

n

The preferred locations for this role are Sydney and Newcastle, however strong applicants from Regional NSW, Northern NSW and the Northern Rivers will also be considered.

n

Travel will be required, with the majority being day trips, however some overnight and multi-day travel may be required depending on project requirements.
