The Opportunity:

We're searching for a passionate, hands‐on Centre Director to lead our Hurstville team with heart and purpose (95 places). This is more than a leadership role, it's an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish, educators feel valued, and families feel part of something special.

What You will Do:

- Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.

- Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first.

- Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
n
- Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre's operations.
n
- Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
n
- Create and implement programs that celebrate each child's unique strengths and potential.

What We're Looking For:

n

n




- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
n
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
n
- Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
n
- A natural people leader, confident, compassionate, and committed to growth.
n
- A genuine love for early education and the impact it creates.
