Project Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager / Squad Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs within a banking workplace. This role combines integration leadership, Agile squad management, and strong domain expertise across core banking, payments, risk, and digital platforms.

Skills required
n
n
- 15+ years in technology delivery, with strong banking/financial services experience
n
- Strong understanding of PCC Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, and IDE-based development.
n
- Strong experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP), Event-driven architecture (Kafka), Data integration (real-time & batch)
n
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON structures, and integration best practices.
n
- Proficient in tools: JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, SQL, Power BI.
n
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL) for data handling, reporting, and troubleshooting.
n
- Strong exposure to core banking, payments, credit, or digital platforms
n
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance and scalability.
n
- Proven track record in large-scale integration programs
n
- Experience leading Agile squads and multi-team delivery
n
n

- Experience with Experian Power Curve Originations.
n
- Exposure to financial services, NBFC, or banking collections environments.

- Familiarity with Linux, application servers (JBoss/WebLogic), and deployment automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD).

- Knowledge of ETL frameworks, data pipelines, and integration orchestration tools.
n
- Understanding of PCC version upgrade paths, setting setup, and multi-instance management.
n

Responsibilities
n
n
- Design, configure, and customize Power Curve Collections (PCC v3.x) to meet complex business and operational requirements.
n
- Develop and optimize collections workflows, treatment strategies, and decisioning logic using PCC Studio and strategy modules.
n
- Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations between PCC and external systems (CRM, core banking, payment gateways, data warehouses, etc.) using PCC Connectivity and related frameworks.
n
- Leverage PCC IDE for component-level customization, debugging, and version-controlled deployments.
n
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, performance tuning, and validation.
n
- Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, DevOps, and business teams to design robust, scalable, and maintainable PCC solutions.
n
- Support PCC upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiatives.
n
- Lead technical troubleshooting, impact analysis, and root cause resolution for production and UAT environments.
n
- Contribute to automation of deployments and monitoring through CI/CD pipelines and scripting tools.
