Responsibilities

- Corporate insolvency, liquidation and debt solutions
n
- Personal insolvency, bankruptcy and debt resolution strategies
n
- Restructuring and Safe Harbour
n
- Dispute resolution
n
- Conducting comprehensive corporate health checks and viability reviews to support sustained growth
n
- PPSA and security reviews
n
- Asset protection and proactive risk management through comprehensive risk reviews
n
n
When does it start?
n
Depending on the division you apply for, the vacation program will start in late 2026 or early 2027.
n
About you
n
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic vacation students who possess the following skillsets:
n
n
- Penultimate year students completing a Commerce or Law degree with Accounting, Business Law, Economics or Finance majors (open to STEM)
n
- Willingness to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and enthusiasm to learn
n
- Can‐do attitude and passion for continuous learning and professional growth
n
- Australian citizen, permanent resident, or visa holder with full working rights in Australia
n
