The Role

n

Youll join a well-established early childhood centre delivering a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with Australias Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your role will be to create meaningful learning experiences,



build strong relationships with children and whānau, and contribute to a collaborative and positive centre culture.

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Plan, implement, and assess engaging learning programs
n
- Work in partnership with families and the community
n
- Maintain documentation of childrens learning and development
n
- Ensure alignment with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Support a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
n

n

Who Were Looking For

n

n
- Level 7 orBachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (NZ qualifications recognised in Australia*)
n
- Eligible for VIT registration (well support you through this process)
n
- Passionate about early learning and open to a new adventure
n
- Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogy
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
