We're looking for a Project Manager with specialist Consumer Data Right (CDR) experience to lead the delivery of a key regulatory program in a financial services environment.

n

This is not a generalist PM role. We need someone who understands the CDR landscape, knows how to turn regulatory obligations into practical delivery outcomes, and can confidently guide stakeholders through a complex change environment. The technology stack is largely made up of third-party products, so the focus is on delivery ownership, regulatory fluency and strong cross-functional coordination rather than deep technical build work.

The role

n

You'll be accountable for end-to-end delivery of CDR-related initiatives, working across Product, Risk & Compliance, Privacy, Operations and external providers. You'll help ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations in a way that is auditable, well-governed and aligned to customer and commercial outcomes.

What you'll be doing

n

- Leading delivery of CDR obligations from planning through to implementation and post-go-live optimisation.
n
- Translating CDR rules, standards, privacy safeguards and related requirements into clear delivery plans.
n
- Working closely with Product to shape priorities, scope and execution.
n




- Coordinating across internal teams and third-party service providers to keep delivery moving.
n
- Managing milestones, dependencies, RAID, governance and reporting.
n
- Supporting business readiness, go-live planning and operational change.
n
- Identifying risks early and driving practical solutions.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Proven CDR or open banking delivery experience is highly desirable.
n
- Strong understanding of the CDR framework, ideally including rules, standards, privacy safeguards and delivery obligations.
n
- Background in financial services and/or regulatory project delivery.
n
- Experience working in environments using third-party platforms and service providers.
n
- Solid stakeholder management and hands-on delivery capability.
n
- Exposure to lending or broader banking projects would be an advantage, but CDR knowledge is the priority.
n
