As a reliability professional at Visy, you will be part of an workplace where uptime, asset performance and disciplined maintenance directly drive success.

What you'll do:

n

- Drive reliability improvements across paper machines, stock prep and associated plant
n
- Analyse equipment performance and lead root cause investigations to eliminate failures
n




- Develop and optimise preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
n
- Partner closely with operations and maintenance to improve uptime and performance
n

n

What you will bring:

n

n
- Mechanical Engineering (or related) background
n
- Strong experience in pulp and paper manufacturing environments
n
- Deep understanding of paper machine systems and supporting equipment
n
- Experience in reliability, maintenance or asset management within paper mills
n
- Proven problem-solving capability with a structured approach
n
- Ability to work cross-functionally in continuous manufacturing environments
n
- For leadership roles, experience leading teams and driving reliability outcomes
n
- A hands-on mindset with a focus on delivering results
n
- Eligibility for an Australian work visa (with sponsorship support)
n
