VicRoads is hiring casual Customer Service Officers to support registration and licensing services at our Dandenong and Pakenham locations. You will interact with customers face-to-face, over the phone and in writing, delivering accurate information with a courteous approach.
The role requires exceptional customer service, solid communication, and the ability to adapt to changing processes. A valid driver’s license and reliable travel are expected. Training and ongoing development are provided.
