Responsibilities
As anElectrical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of electricians,ensuring electrical maintenance activities are completed safely, efficientlyand to the highest quality standards.
Keyresponsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate a team ofelectricians.
- Plan and oversee daily electricalmaintenance activities.
- Complete maintenance activities inaccordance with strict safety and quality procedures.
- Lead electrical fault-finding,troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure work is completed efficientlyand in accordance with project requirements.
- Promote a strong safety cultureacross the team.
- Support training, mentoring anddevelopment of team members.
- Ensure compliance with electrical andworkplace safety requirements.
Your Profile
To besuccessful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Team Leader or ElectricalSupervisor experience.
- Certificate III in Electrotechnologyor equivalent
- NSW Electrical Contractor Licence.
- Strong electrical fault-finding andtroubleshooting skills.
- Experience in industrial,manufacturing, heavy maintenance, automation or rolling stock environments.
- Strong leadership, communication andproblem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamand under a rotating shift roster.
- Rail industry experience is highlyregarded but not essential.
PayRate: $71.50/hr + Super + Penalties ( Loading when applicable )
Rotatingroster – every two weeks:
DayShift: 6:00am –2:00pm
AfternoonShift: 2:00pm –10:00pm
NightShift: 10:00pm –6:00am
Pre-EmploymentRequirements: Following asuccessful interview, you will be required to complete:
- Category 1 Rail Medical
- Police Check
