Your Role

n

As a GYG Barista, you'll be the face of our Café Hola preparing high‐quality coffee and serving up good vibes all day long. You'll work in a fast‐paced, energetic environment where teamwork and positive energy are key. You'll ensure every cup meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavour and extraction quality
n
- Steam and texture milk to the correct temperature and consistency for each drink
n
- Deliver fast, friendly,



and knowledgeable customer service in a high‐volume environment
n
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment
n
- Support general restaurant operations such as order taking, food prep, restocking, and cleaning
n
- Follow GYG's recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
n

Qualifications

n

n
- At least 1 year barista experience.
n
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
n
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment.
n
- Availability to start early Mornings.
n
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.
n
