- Accounts payable and receivable oversight

- Bank reconciliations
n
- Supplier payment processing
n
- Assisting with month-end reporting
n
- Maintaining financial accuracy within ERP systems
n
- Supporting finance administration and process improvements
n

Reporting & Analysis

n

n
- Monthly P&L; reporting and analysis
n
- Sales reporting and performance tracking
n
- Supplier performance reporting
n
- Customer profitability and margin analysis
n
- Freight and logistics cost reporting
n
- Inventory and stock analysis
n
- Gap reporting and range performance analysis
n
- Identifying trends, opportunities and operational inefficiencies
n
- Building and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards
n

Projects & Systems

n

n
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
n
- Enhancing reporting capability and business visibility

- Assisting with systems and operational improvement projects

The Successful Applicant

n

A successful Junior Finance & Commercial Analyst should have:

n

n
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
n
- A proactive and results‐driven approach to work.
n
- Previous experience within a logistics, distribution or FMCG environment.
n
- Effective communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
