Contracts Administrator – Transport Infrastructure | Sydney

We're partnering with a major transport operator and infrastructure delivery organisation to appoint a Contracts Administrator to join their NSW team. This role sits at the heart of a nationally significant rail program, offering visibility across complex, high-value delivery while supporting a world-class commercial team.

You'll be working alongside highly experienced commercial professionals and delivery partners — gaining exposure to legal, procurement, and financial teams across both local and international frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and value
n
- Support the preparation of variations, payment claims,



and contract correspondence
n
- Assist in commercial performance tracking and reporting
n
- Liaise with legal, procurement, and delivery teams to manage contract risk
n
- Maintain clear documentation and support tender evaluations as required
n
- Contribute to a culture of excellence in governance and delivery
n

n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- 3–6 years' experience in contracts administration or commercial project support
n
- Background in civil infrastructure, transport, or utilities preferred
n
- Strong working knowledge of construction contracts
n
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline
n
- Effective communicator able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
n
- Proficiency with financial or project systems (e.g., Cheops, Jobpac, Excel)
n
